What we collect

From the enquiry form: your name, email address, the sitting you ask about, an optional preferred date, a short note on your experience with MACD, and your message. If you book, we also keep the fee paid, the dates of attendance, and any chart pages you hand in for the follow-up month. Those pages are returned to you. We do not ask for account numbers, national identity numbers, or health information.

Why we keep it

To reply to you, to hold or release a seat, to run the sitting you booked, and to keep a training record of who attended. The legal bases we rely on are steps toward a contract, performance of that contract, and, for the cookie-choice record stored in your browser, your own action on the banner. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it to build advertising audiences.

How long

Enquiry correspondence that does not become a booking is kept for 24 months and then deleted. Booking records, including receipts and attendance, are kept for five years after the last evening, which matches the period we need for tax and for a dispute about a seat. Follow-up chart pages are not copied; the pencil notes stay on your original. The cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear site data.

Who sees it

Niran Chaiyaphum and Mali Srisawat, and a bookkeeper in Bangkok who sees payment records but not your charts. Hosting of this static site is arranged so pages are delivered to your browser. We do not run a separate analytics product.

International transfers

The pages themselves are served to you directly. Fonts are requested from Google’s font service, which may process your IP address outside Thailand, including in the United States, under Google’s own terms. If you block that request, the site still reads in the fallback typefaces. We do not move booking files to a foreign office; they stay with the academy in Bangkok.

Your rights

Under the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of the information we hold, and you may object to certain uses. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee. Write to hello@clarity-vertexpoint.click with the subject “Personal data”. We will answer within thirty days. Deletion of a booking record may be delayed where tax law requires us to keep the receipt.
