How to ask

Write to hello@clarity-vertexpoint.click or call 023851134 and give the name on the booking and the first evening’s date. A request by email is enough. We confirm the amount and the route of the money within five business days of a complete request.

Desk and workshop deposits

Cancel seven or more days before the first evening and the deposit and any balance already paid are refunded in full. Cancel inside seven days and the deposit is retained. Any amount you paid above the deposit is refunded. The retained deposit covers the chart pack or practice sheet that has been printed for your chair and the seat we did not offer to someone else.

After a desk evening has started

Once evening one of the Confirmation Desk has begun, the seat fee stays with the academy. You may sit a missed evening in a later desk once, if a chair is free, within sixty days. That transfer covers the missed evening. If the academy cancels an evening, you may take a later chair or a refund of the share of the fee for evenings that did not take place. The share is the seat price divided by six.

Private sitting

Cancel at least 48 hours before the hour and receive a full refund of the fee or deposit. Inside 48 hours the fee is retained, because the table is no longer offered to another sitter. If you arrive and the charts are not with you, the hour still runs if you want to work from a practice sheet, or it is treated as a late cancellation if you leave.

Follow-up month

Cancel before the first chart has been reviewed and the 7,800 THB is refunded in full. After one chart has been marked, a quarter is retained and the rest is refunded. After two charts, half is retained. After the week-four meeting, the fee is retained. Chart pages already marked are yours to keep.

Rescheduling

You may move a private hour, or the start of a follow-up month, once without a fee if you give 48 hours’ notice and the room has another opening. A second move is treated as a cancellation under the rules above. Desk and workshop dates are fixed for the group; a sitter who cannot attend may transfer to the next printing under the missed-evening rule, not pick a private date for the group material.

No-shows

If you do not arrive and do not write before the start time, the fee for that evening or hour is retained. For the desk, a no-show on evening one follows the “after the desk has started” rule once the rail is hung at 18:30.

Work already started and materials

A pack printed for a confirmed desk seat is prepared before evening one. That preparation is why a late cancellation keeps the deposit. We do not bill a further materials charge on top. A replacement pack, if you lose yours after taking it home, is 400 THB and is not refundable once printed. Pencil notes already written on a follow-up chart count as work started for that week.

Method and timing

Refunds go back by the same method you paid, in Thai baht. Bank transfers are sent within ten business days of our confirmation. Card refunds, where a card was used, follow the card scheme’s posting time after we submit them, usually within ten business days from us and longer at the bank. We do not refund in cash at the door except where the original payment was cash and you ask for cash while the bookkeeper is in the room.

If we cancel

If the academy cancels a whole sitting, you choose a later date or a full refund of what you paid for that sitting, including the deposit. That choice is yours, and we ask for it in the same message that announces the cancellation.
