Acceptance

By using the site or paying a deposit for a sitting, you agree to these terms and to the refund terms. If you are booking for another adult, you confirm they know the date, the fee, and the nature of the evening. The academy does not enrol anyone under 18.

The sittings

Sittings teach how to read the MACD line, the signal line, the histogram, and a separate momentum window on historical charts. You leave with marks and, on the desk, a short handwritten note. Decisions about money, accounts, and orders stay with you and with any adviser you already use. The academy does not hold client funds for investment, does not place orders, and does not provide an ongoing alert after the last evening you booked.

Fees and seats

Prices on the rates page are in Thai baht and are the prices for the sittings listed there. A seat is reserved when the academy confirms in writing and the stated deposit or full fee has been received. Dates may move if the instructor is ill; you may take the new date or a refund of money paid for evenings that have not taken place.

Intellectual property

Chart packs, practice sheets, sitting notes, and the text and photographs on this site belong to the academy or are used with permission. You may keep your marked pack for your own study. You may not sell, scan for public posting, or teach from the pack as if it were your own course. Your own charts remain yours. Pencil notes the academy writes in the margin of your chart are for you, and you may keep them with the page.

Conduct in the room

The room holds a small group. Recording the evening, naming another sitter’s market aloud after they asked not to, or returning late enough to interrupt a mark is reason for the academy to end that booking. If the academy ends a booking for conduct, fees for evenings already held are retained and fees for evenings not yet held are returned.

Liability

Chart reading is a description of past prices, not a forecast the academy guarantees. To the extent Thai law allows, the academy’s liability arising from a sitting or from this website is limited to the fees you paid for the sitting in question. The academy is not liable for trading losses, missed markets, or travel costs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Thai law does not allow to be limited.

Website

The site is offered as a way to read about the sittings and to send an enquiry. It may be unavailable for short periods. Enquiry messages are handled as described in the privacy page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Bangkok have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory protection you have as a consumer under Thai law.
